The kit contains a curriculum of 20 lesson plans about healthy living, self-esteem, and community service, as well as the materials needed to carry out the lessons and fun activities for group bonding. Included in the standard lessons, each club will plan and execute two community service projects per year, in order to address problems in their own communities.
